A visionary in equestrian sport

Greetings! My name is Zoryana Butenko. For over seventeen years, I have been living in a world that combines my passions for equestrian sports, hospitality, and professional management.

My life and work are inextricably linked to a unique project - the Butenko Stables country riding club, which has grown from a family idea into an internationally recognised sports and recreation centre.

My story

In 2008, I received a master's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. It was then that Butenko's Stable opened its doors, and I immediately plunged into the work of a senior administrator. From day one, I was involved in shaping the spirit of the club - creating the atmosphere, service standards, and building a strong team.

Vision and development

In 2008-2009, I was directly involved in the development of the club's concept and strategy for the development of equestrian sport in Ukraine. Thanks to our joint efforts, by the end of 2009, the club had more than 200 regular members, including well-known businessmen, politicians and cultural figures from Ukraine and Europe.

Riding school - for children and adults

In 2010, we opened the Children's Riding School, where a community of young athletes and horse lovers quickly formed. In 2011, the number of students exceeded 100.

Over time, we created a separate area - a riding school for adults. This direction is not only about sports, but also about the art of being in harmony with a horse, about the nobility of movement and the development of inner balance.

Riding for adults is an aristocratic discipline that gives confidence, develops elegance and teaches you to feel your partner. Our school is open to both beginners and experienced riders who want to improve.

Since 2012, I have led the club as CEO. We have assembled a team of over 60 professionals and made Butenko Stables one of the most famous equestrian centres in the world.

From 2008 to 2020, we held more than 100 equestrian competitions, which strengthened our reputation and inspired many people to join this beautiful sport.

Development:
Park Hotel

In 2015, I initiated and led a large-scale project - a park hotel with a VIP residence and a full-fledged sports infrastructure. A swimming pool, a gym, tennis courts, a spa - all of these became part of our complex.

She personally supervised all stages: from budgeting to the final launch. Over the seven years of operation, the hotel has welcomed more than 50,000 guests, and the volume of investments has reached €5 million. This project gave me invaluable experience in the development and marketing of a large hotel complex.

"Prime BBQ Meat and Nature"

I rebranded our restaurant in 2015, giving it a new lease of life as Prime BBQ Meat and Nature steakhouse. It combines the unsurpassed taste of every dish, genuine comfort and a unique atmosphere that makes every visit special.

It is a place where guests feel the warmth of hospitality, and every detail is thought out for comfort and pleasure. Over the years, the restaurant has hosted more than 5,000 events - from intimate celebrations to high-profile events, leaving unforgettable memories in the hearts of guests.

Between 2008 and 2025, with my participation, more than 100 sports horses were trained for international competitions in the show jumping discipline. Each horse is the result of careful work, patience and mutual understanding between man and animal.

A special area of our business is the horse boarding facility, a place where horses receive the best care, nutrition and professional sports training.

The boarding house employs highly qualified groomers, farriers, blacksmiths and veterinarians, creating a unique environment for the development of the best sports horses from around the world.
