About the hotel

Butenko Stable Park Hotel is located just 35 km from Kyiv, surrounded by a picturesque pine forest. Opened in 2008, it combines the atmosphere of a country holiday with a premium level of service. Every detail is thought out for the comfort of guests: English-style interior, cosy rooms, modern amenities and unique hospitality that makes your stay special.

The hotel's infrastructure is designed for maximum guest comfort. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, and the cleaning service is carried out with special attention to detail.

Hotel rooms

Our hotel offers 9 comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Each room is decorated in a refined aristocratic style and has a large double bed, upholstered furniture, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning and a TV. A full set of amenities is also at your disposal: terry towels, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer and toiletries.

In addition to the standard amenities, some rooms have special benefits. The suites (Nº1, Nº2, Nº3) are additionally equipped with a fridge, and some suites have panoramic windows with a charming view of the forest. For those who come on business, there are business suites with a work area (office). There are also rooms with a private terrace or a decorative fireplace, which adds a special cosiness. Breakfast is included in the room rate for all guests.

During the period of martial law in Ukraine, the hotel offers only the following suites: Ranch, Kamanch and Concourse.
Additional features such as swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and sauna are not available.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE

The hotel complex has an exquisite restaurant with an unrivalled barbecue menu and a bar. The summer terrace is a place where guests can enjoy food and drinks in the fresh air. For recreation there is a SPA area (Russian bath), swimming pool, tennis courts and a gym. There is also a VIP car park for your car with round-the-clock supervision.

NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

The complex is surrounded by a pine forest with walking paths, hammocks and cosy seating areas. Relaxation in the silence of nature is complemented by horseback riding and excursions to the stables (under a separate programme).

The complex has a gym, tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor) and a swimming pool. The entire sports infrastructure is designed to help you stay in shape and enjoy your outdoor activities. You can have a full workout in the gym, play a game of tennis and relax with a swim in the pool after a busy day.
